Under 11's Tournament Family Funday meeting

We had the above diary dated for Sunday July 30th in the calendar at beginning of year and although like everything we could have moved on it earlier , groundwork has been a big burden this year and taken up more time than I thought  but I think we all agree we can see wood from the trees in that area and now feel we can push on.

I would like to invite as many people as possible to a meeting to discuss how we can make it a successful day on and off the pitch , we have some details formulated on how we see the day progressing 8 teams - 10am -6pm with a real family day feel for the club, children’s rides, attractions,burgers,bar, entertainment etc lots of volunteers would be needed on and off the pitch and if you feel you could help please try to find the time to meet at the club for 30 min’s Tuesday 27th June 7.15pm and I can gauge a feel as to what we can achieve , generally when we do something as a club it's a day to remember so no reason to think otherwise. I would welcome any thoughts and ideas and although I have a formula which I think would work , I have an open mind and can't pull it off on my own, if you can’t make the meeting please make yourself known if you could help.
