Senior Cup Draws 2022

This evening (Thursday 24 Feb), the GMCL cup draws for the 1st rounds of the various competitions were carried out.

The 1st XI, in a reverse of last year's fixture, will travel to Monton in the first round of the Derek Kay Cup. Monton will be playing in the division below Bury, the Championship, following their relegation last season. Monton knocked out Bury at this stage last season at Radcliffe Road. The tie will be played on Sunday 22nd May.

The 2nd XI have a home tie against local neighbours Stand. This will be the first of 3 meetings between the two sides in 2022, and the first of two in 7 days with the two sides again meeting at Radcliffe Road in the league on Saturday 28th May.

The 3rd XI have been handed a home tie with a talented and young Royton side, on Sunday 5th June. Royton were promoted to the Sunday Premier division last season and will play one division above Bury in 2022.

Groupings and fixtures for the Bury Bullsharks (t20 side) are expected next week. However, the dates for the fixtures are already on our club calendar, which you can view on our website or on our Stack Team App hub.
