Junior Week 4 Update

It's been a successful week for our junior sides with wins for both the U13s and U11s.

On Sunday morning, the U13s bowled out Tottington St Johns for 37 on their way to a 8 wicket victory. The wickets were shared around, with 6 bowlers picking up at least one wicket- and all bowlers conceded less than 8 runs across their 2 overs.

On Monday, the U15s' game at Woodbank was rained off, whilst the U9s were in action at Elton.

And on Wednesday, the U11s were victorious over Walshaw by 34 runs. Sam Smith top scored with 17 as Bury scored 61 runs (net of 261) in their 16 overs. With the ball, Bury took 7 wickets to restrict Walshaw to 227 - Henry Potts and Sam Smith both took 2 wickets each.

This week, the U13s go to Walshaw on Sunday morning, the U15s host Middleton and the U9s have two games at Woodbank on Monday, and the U11s are at Woodbank on Wednesday, whilst the U13s are in LCB KO qualifying action at home.
