Junior Week 2 Update

Each of our junior teams have now played at least one game in their 2022 league seasons.

The U11s have got off to a superb start with two heavy victories against Prestwich and Elton. Across the two games played, they have scored 171 runs for the loss of only 5 wickets, whilst they have taken 23 wickets with both opponents finishing on lower than the 200 runs they start on. 7 players have scored double figures in at least one game, and all 7 outfield players have taken at least 1 wicket.

The U13s have also played their opening two games, and fell short despite posting competitive totals with the bat. Three players have already reached individual scores of 25+, with plenty of positives to take forward.

The U15s have played just the one game, with this week's game being postponed to play at a later date due to Eid. Stand came away from that game victorious in a game cut short by fading light.
