On Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th December, VolunteerItYourself (VIY) returned to Bury CC, this time with a group of Bury College students, to extend the fencing on the Radcliffe Road end of the ground, started in November by VIY and Lancashire Women.
The fencing on that side of the ground has now been complete upto the old scoreboard, and portable panels were assembled so that these can be placed free standing elsewhere around the ground.
Our thanks once again go to Imran and Sajid from VIY, Wickes for supplying the materials, and to Mark Forden and the students from Bury College for their hard work on this project.
