Bury Cricket Club
The 2nd XI are in home action tomorrow as the season's end approaches. After last week's slip up at Unsworth, Bury are 3rd in Division 3W, but just 3 points off top with 3 games to play. Elton are the visitors and have been in some excellent form themselves since the reverse fixture - with 8 wins in the 10 games since the 127 run win for Bury in mid June.
Note that games now begin at 12pm on Saturdays, during September. Meanwhile, the 1st XI realistically need to win each of their final three games to have a chance of staying up in Premier 2 - the first of which is away at Stand tomorrow - 12pm start. On Sunday, the 3rd XI are on the road at Uppermill, in a 1pm start. The 3s are also in need of late season points after a difficult run of results during August.
